ETP & Boiler Air Pollution Control
- Steam Boiler run on rice husk which is a byproduct in a rice mill.
- Boilers use husk from the rice mill to generate steam for process.
- Mechanical Dust collector Cyclomax & Bag filters are provided to control dust & fumes.
- All exhaust gasses passes through the pollution control equipments and Blower & then fed it to 30 Mtrs chimney.
- Outlet dust emission is less than 100 Mg/ Nm3.
Effluent Treatment Plant (Sewage Treatment ) shall be installed to take care water pollution. Parboiling & utilities waste water is treated & recycled for gardening or irrigation purpose so that no water is wasted & let out.
