Vision

Rice is the staple food for majority population, which means Rice mills along with integrated paddy farming are the backbone of the economy .

Approx 120 million tons of paddy is processed annually in India whereas the demand is growing! . India has all the natural resources to grow paddy & feed the growing population.

Process Description

Paddy from the farmers / Warehouse is bought in to paddy processing area.
Paddy is dried, the steamed/Parboiled and then again dried before sending in to rice mill
Elaborate arrangements are made for paddy drying & rice mill with automatic, high efficiency dust collectors & closed conveyors
The steaming plant is synchronized with dryers to ensure continuous flow of paddy in to the rice mill in a closed loop to eliminate dusty area
The whole plant is automated and controlled for quality
Paddy then arrives in the rice mill for removing stones, dirt etc. All the dirt is removed automatically with dust control Aspirators
The cleaned paddy is hulled to get brown rice, & husk is separated
The husk the sent to boilers to be used as fuel
Brown rice is milled & polished to get white rice, & graded accordingly
Rice bran is then collected & sent to oil extraction plant
